*OUR SHIPPING POLICY:
We expect the vast majority of our items to be shipped within 2 - 3 business days excluding weekends or holidays. When an occasion arises where there is an out of stock item, then the order can be expected to ship within a week. There are times when suppliers are also out of stock and lead times could be longer.
Due to the large inventory offered at militarybest.com, there are times when items are discontinued by our suppliers. All efforts will be made to obtain discontinued items from alternative vendors; however, there may be excessive lead times during the search. If no substitute is found for discontinued stock items then a full refund will be credited to your account.
Most small items such as decals, lapel pins, and patches are shipped for a small processing and shipping charge of $1.99. Larger, heavier items have shipping costs that are based on dollar amount and weight of the item with rates beginning at $3.99.
We have no minimum quantities!
Guarantee:
(1) When you receive your order and it isn't what you're looking for:
All stock items carry a 30-day money-back guarantee. If within that time, the item is returned to us in a resalable condition, we will refund your purchase price less shipping costs. (We regret we CANNOT offer money-back guarantee for CUSTOM MADE products unless there is a material defect). Any bulk purchases that are returned carry a 10% restocking fee. Bulk orders are orders over $100.
(2) If your product arrives and you notice that it is defective, we will send you another at no cost to you.
(3) If you ordered a CUSTOM PRODUCT, we will accept it as a return only if it has a material defect. If it does, we will replace the item. Customization includes, but is not limited to, caps that are ordered with the addition of officer's insignia (gold or silver braids) added to the bill of a cap. These braids are referred to on our site as "Scrambled Eggs" or "Bolts and Lightning."
(4) Some of our products are shipped by drop shippers. This means the item ships from another location. When a drop shipped item is ordered concurrently with stocked items then any expedited shipping requests may be impacted. A drop shipped item ordered in combination with a stocked item will be shipped separately and one of those items may be shipped standard First Class Mail through the USPS while the other item will be shipped utilizing the expedited shipping method selected.

Well, at MilitaryBest.com, we have minimized the "Shipping
Shock".
Our Shipping, Internet Processing and Finance Costs are based on the dollar amount of the order.
Orders from $0 to $9.99 are shipped for $1.99.
Orders from $10 to $14.94 are shipped for $2.99.
Orders from $14.95 to 34.99 are shipped for $3.99
Orders from $35 to $49.99 are shipped for $4.99.
Orders from $50 to $75 are shipped for $5.99.
Orders from $75 to $95 are shipped for $6.99.
T Shirts and some of the heavier and/or more expensive gift items carry an additional shipping charge to offset internet and credit card processing costs as well as USPS costs.
No Minimum Quantity!
There will be no inflated shipping and
handling charges when you check out.
WE ACCEPT FPO / APO ORDERS. WHEN PLACING FPO / APO ORDERS MARK THE COUNTRY IN THE SHIP TO ADDRESS AS THE UNITED STATES.
International Customers
NOT INCLUDING FPO/APO CUSTOMERS
We ship all of our smaller items such as patches, key rings, decals, etc. for $6.00 to $16.00 overseas depending on the dollar value of the order. Larger items, BDU's, Caps, Jackets, Flags, License Plate Frames, etc. are charged $11.00 for the first item and $5.00 for each additional heavy item up to a $30.00 maximum. For example if you order 30 caps you would be charged only the $30.00 fee. This covers shipping costs for any amount to any location worldwide. Usually, we ship international orders via USPS Air Mail. We do reserve the right to select a shipping method at our discretion. No international delivery times are guaranteed.
There are no tracking numbers available for overseas/international orders. Proof of shipping may be provided but All4U LLC cannot guarantee deliveries of products for overseas/international orders.
Our shipping policy is simple, and straight to the point. We have minimized "Shipping Shock"
OVERNIGHT AND TWO DAY SHIPPING
Overnight shipping within the continental United States is $39.00. Two day shipping within the continental United States is $27.00. (PLEASE VISIT www.ups.com to take note of UPS HOLIDAYS WHICH WILL IMPACT OVERNIGHT AND 2ND DAY AIR DELIVERIES)
Watches are only shipped within the United States.
Since our normal working hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm Eastern, all overnight and next day orders have to be received by 9:00am to be processed the same day the order was placed. If an order was received after this time, or during the weekend, we will assume that it is to be processed overnight or next day on the following business day.
We do NOT offer weekend deliveries through UPS on our site. Any UPS shipping method selected will be delivered on a business day e.g. Monday - Friday. If you need expedited for a weekend delivery, you'll need to contact our offices directly.
UPS Air Saver is the only overnight delivery method we offer at this time and UPS Air Saver means that your product will be delivered by the end of the next business day assuming all other conditions of placing the order are met. All4U LLC is not responsible for the lack of delivery of any item due to the fault of any delivery service (UPS or USPS) chosen at checkout.
If we are requested to ship an order overnight or second day and we are out of stock with that item you will be advised via email and or a phone call at the time the order is processed.
WE ASSUME NO LIABILITY FOR ANY ERRORS OR LOSSES BY THE CARRIERS OF ANY ORDERS DOMESTIC OR INTERNATIONAL.
